Which Size should I choose?

We offer a range of sizes from S to XXL; our garments are designed for a comfortable fit. Kindly check our detailed Size Guide to find your perfect size.

I am unable to find my Size in a product

How often are new stocks added?

We pride ourselves in showcasing an extensive range of prints & patterns and hence try to introduce new stocks (online & retail) almost every fortnight!

 

Can I get Products customised?

Minor alterations can be made to our products for a custom fit. However, due to the large selection of items we produce, we are unable to accommodate custom design requests at this time. This allows us to focus on offering a diverse range of products for you to choose from.

How can I be sure of the product quality?

We work hard to ensure that only the Finest of our craft reaches You. Our Team travels all across India to source the best fabrics and work with Master Artisans. Be it a thread or a dye, a weave or a print, We only use the best to give You the best. Our products undergo a rigorous Quality Check process to ensure perfection.

What should I keep in mind while wearing or washing the products?

Although we make it a point to ensure that all of our fabrics & garments are pre washed & preshrunk, some of the fabrics may shrink further and a few colours may yet bleed after washing due to their innate characteristics. We do not offer any guarantee for the same.

Dyes like Indigo & colours from Ikkat fabrics may transfer upon contact but can be easily removed on washing. Please avoid wearing these garments with light-coloured clothes.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer Cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we do offer COD only on domestic orders. COD orders of Rs 995 and above are free. International order are not eligible for COD.

What are your shipping charges?
  • Domestic orders - Shipping charges for orders worth Rs 995 and above are free. We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 for orders up to Rs 994.
  • International orders - We offer free shipping on all international orders of invoice value above 50$ (or equivalent in other accepted currencies). A flat shipping fee of 20$ is levied on orders of invoice value below 50$ (or equivalent in other accepted currencies).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days* upon receiving order confirmation.

  • Domestic orders - Delivered within 2-5* working days of dispatch.
  • International orders - Delivered within 7-14* working days of dispatch.
  • (*excluding weekends & public holidays)
Do I have to pay any other taxes on domestic orders or customs and import charges on international orders?
  • Domestic orders - All our prices are inclusive of GST.
    No other taxes/charges are levied.
  • International orders - Most countries do not levy any duties/ taxes for end consumers and have a cutoff for duty/tax-free international shopping (please check the same in your country). Our logistic partners strive to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers and most orders usually do not incur any extra charges.
    In the case where additional charges are levied, You will be responsible for paying them directly to the logistics/courier company.
Can I cancel the order after payment?
  • Domestic orders

Before order is shipped: We dispatch all our orders within 1-2* days of payment confirmation. In case you wish to cancel your order and we’ve not shipped it yet, we shall refund the full amount to your mode of payment.

Order already shipped: If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may however be able to return the product once it is delivered to you.

  • International orders

Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot entertain any cancellation/returns/refunds.

Can I return a product?

If you wish to return an item add your email ID or pin code, and order number on our returns portal here. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.

NOTE: Discounted or sale products, as well as dupattas & stoles, sarees, and all accessories (Beyond Usuals), are not eligible for returns.

Ensure that the merchandise is unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Pack the product securely, including all tags, packaging material, and any other accessories provided at the time of delivery.

REVERSE PICKUP: We offer a simple and hassle-free reverse pickup policy. Our logistics partners usually pick up the merchandise within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). If certain pin codes are not eligible for reverse pickup, the customer will need to send the item back to us. It takes about 10-14 working days for the merchandise to reach us.

REFUNDS: If your order was a Cash on Delivery (COD) and you are requesting a refund, do not forget to provide the necessary Order ID along with  bank details, like your Name, Bank name and Branch, Account holder name, IFSC code when placing the return request.

Refunds will be processed within 3* working days once we receive the merchandise.

Which Products are not eligible for a return?

Discounted or sale products, as well as dupattas & stoles, sarees, and all accessories (Beyond Usuals), are not eligible for returns.

What are your returns policies on international orders?

We ensure that all orders, particularly international ones, undergo strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong merchandise, we will either replace the item or refund your payment. Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Can I return/exchange the garments at any of the Cotton Cottage retail outlets?

Yes, you can exchange our products at any of our retail outlets within 7 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to bring the invoice along with the original barcode and packaging.
Please note that discounted or sale products, as well as dupattas & stoles, sarees, fabrics, and all personal use accessories, are not eligible for returns.
