Once an order is placed and we receive payment confirmation from the payment gateway, we treat all orders as confirmed orders and regular terms and conditions are applied to solve any dispute.
- Before we ship: we dispatch all our orders within *1-2 days of payment confirmation. In case you wish to cancel your order and we’ve not shipped it yet, we shall refund the full amount to your mode of payment. The actual time for refunds to credit may vary depending upon your bank and its policies.
- You may cancel the order from your account section or call us on +91 8828119992 (between 10.30 am to 6.00 pm ist except on Sundays and public holidays)
- Product already shipped: if we’ve already shipped your order, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. You may however be able to return the product once it is delivered to you.
- International orders - International orders can be cancelled only before we ship the order. Once shipped, we cannot entertain any cancellation or returns or refunds.
We offer full refunds in case of manufacturing defects, wrong size or product delivered, or any other genuine cases. In the unlikely event you receive damaged merchandise, kindly email us a photo of the merchandise, along with the barcode, within 48 hrs of receiving your order at email@example.com
All refunds (full / partial) are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the merchandise at our distribution centre. If the product received is not as per our quality check policy then no amount will be refunded. In case the returned product received by us is damaged by the customer or a wrong product is sent and the customer wants it back, they will have to facilitate the courier and bear all charges pertaining it.
The actual time for refunds to credit back into the source of payment may vary depending upon your bank and its policies. The refund for cash on delivery will be done in bank account details as shared by you.
