Where are the products shipped from and how long will it take for my online order to arrive?

All online orders are shipped from our distribution centres in Mumbai & Jaipur and dispatched within 1-2 days* upon receiving a confirmed order  (*excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Domestic orders - Delivered within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of dispatch, depending upon the location.
  • International orders - Delivered within 7-14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of dispatch, depending upon the country & your location.
Do all online orders come with free shipping and how much does international shipping cost?
  • Domestic orders - We offer free shipping on all domestic orders
  • International orders - We offer free shipping on all international orders of invoice value above us 50 $ (or equivalent in other accepted currencies).

A flat shipping fee of us 20 $ is levied on orders of invoice value below us 50 $ (or equivalent in other accepted currencies).

Does free shipping/shipping cost include octroi or any other taxes on domestic orders and customs, import duty charges on international orders?
  • Domestic orders - All orders are shipped from our distribution centres in mumbai & jaipur and therefore, all our prices are inclusive of gst. No other taxes/charges are levied.
  • International orders - Most countries do not levy any duties/ taxes for end consumers and have a cutoff for duty/tax-free international shopping (please check the same in your country). Our logistic partners strive to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers and most orders usually do not incur any extra charges. In the case where such additional charges are levied, the customer is responsible for paying them directly to the logistics/courier company.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) option?
  • Domestic - Yes, we do offer free cod on domestic orders as per serviceability by our logistics partners.
  • International orders - No, we do not offer cod on international orders.
Can I cancel the order after payment? Do you offer full/partial refund on online orders?

Once an order is placed and we receive payment confirmation from the payment gateway, we treat all orders as confirmed orders and regular terms and conditions are applied to solve any dispute.

  • Domestic orders
  1. Before we ship: we dispatch all our orders within *1-2 days of payment confirmation. In case you wish to cancel your order and we’ve not shipped it yet, we shall refund the full amount to your  mode of payment. The actual time for refunds to credit may vary depending upon your bank and its policies.

  3. Product already shipped: if we’ve already shipped your order, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. You may however be able to return the product once it is delivered to you.
  • International orders - International orders can be cancelled only before we ship the order. Once shipped, we cannot entertain any cancellation or returns or refunds.

  • Refunds

We offer full refunds in case of manufacturing defects, wrong size or product delivered, or any other genuine cases. In the unlikely event you receive damaged merchandise, kindly email us a photo of the merchandise, along with the barcode, within 48 hrs of receiving your order at

All refunds (full / partial) are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the merchandise at our distribution centre. If the product received is not as per our quality check policy then no amount will be refunded. In case the returned product received by us is damaged by the customer or a wrong product is sent and the customer wants it back, they will have to facilitate the courier and bear all charges pertaining it.

The actual time for refunds to credit back into the source of payment may vary depending upon your bank and its policies. The refund for cash on delivery will be done in bank account details as shared by you.

Can I return a product even if it is unused and get a full refund?

Once you place an order and we receive confirmation of payment from the payment gateway, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. If the product is unused, we offer a complete refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us.

How do I return an item online and what about shipping charges on the same?

Please note that discounted or sale products, as well as dupattas & stoles, sarees, fabrics, and all personal use accessories, are not eligible for returns. If you wish to return an item, please log in to your account and select the product from your order history. You can only return an item within 7 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back to us in proper condition. Make sure to securely pack all garment tags, packaging material, or any other accessories provided at the time of delivery before shipping them back to us.

We have a simple and hassle-free reverse pickup policy. Our logistics partners usually pick up the merchandise within 4 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). However, if certain pin codes are not eligible for reverse pickup, the customer will have to send the item back to us. It takes about 2-3 weeks for the merchandise to reach our distribution center. The refund will only be processed once we receive the item at our distribution center, as mentioned on the invoice.

What are your returns policies on international orders?

We ensure that all orders, particularly international ones, undergo strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong merchandise, we will either replace the item or refund your payment. Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reasons.
