Do you offer Cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we do offer COD on domestic orders. COD orders of Rs 995 and above are free.

What are your shipping charges?
  • Domestic orders - Shipping charges for orders worth Rs 995 and above are free. We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 for orders up to Rs 994.
  • International orders - We offer free shipping on all international orders of invoice value above 50$ (or equivalent in other accepted currencies). A flat shipping fee of 20$ is levied on orders of invoice value below 50$ (or equivalent in other accepted currencies).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days* upon receiving a confirmation.

  • Domestic orders - Delivered within 2-5* working days of dispatch.
  • International orders - Delivered within 7-14* working days of dispatch.

    (*excluding weekends & public holidays)
Do I have to pay any other taxes on domestic orders or customs and import charges on international orders?
  • Domestic orders - All our prices are inclusive of GST.
    No other taxes/charges are levied.
  • International orders - Most countries do not levy any duties/ taxes for end consumers and have a cutoff for duty/tax-free international shopping (please check the same in your country). Our logistic partners strive to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers and most orders usually do not incur any extra charges.
    In the case where additional charges are levied, You will be responsible for paying them directly to the logistics/courier company.
Can I cancel the order after payment?
  • Domestic orders

Before order is shipped: We dispatch all our orders within 1-2* days of payment confirmation. In case you wish to cancel your order and we’ve not shipped it yet, we shall refund the full amount to your mode of payment.

Order already shipped: If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may however be able to return the product once it is delivered to you.

  • International orders

Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot entertain any cancellation/returns/refunds.

Can I return a product?

If you wish to return an item add your email ID or pin code, and order number on our returns portal here. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note that discounted or sale products, as well as dupattas & stoles, sarees, fabrics, and all personal use accessories, are not eligible for returns.

Ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back to us in proper condition. Securely pack all garment tags, packaging material, or any other accessories provided at the time of delivery before shipping them back to us.

We have a simple and hassle-free reverse pickup policy. Our logistics partners usually pick up the merchandise within 4* working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). However, if certain pin codes are not eligible for reverse pickup, the customer will have to send the item back to us. It takes about 2-3* weeks for the merchandise to reach Us. The refund will be processed once we receive the items.

If your order was a Cash on Delivery (COD) and you request a refund, please provide your bank details including your name, bank name, account holder name and IFSC code, when placing the return request. Refunds will be processed within 7* working days.

What are your returns policies on international orders?

We ensure that all orders, particularly international ones, undergo strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong merchandise, we will either replace the item or refund your payment. Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Can I return/exchange the garments at any of the Cotton Cottage retail outlets?

Yes, you can exchange the garment at any of our retail outlets within 7 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to bring the invoice along with the original barcode and packaging.
