Shipping and Returns
Shipping Details
- Domestic Orders: Delivered within 2-5 working days.
- International Orders: Delivered within 7-14 working days. Free for orders above $50. A flat fee of $20 for orders below $50.
Taxes and Duties
- Domestic Orders: No additional taxes/ duties
- International Orders: Additional charges for any applicable customs or import duties maybe payable to Logistics company directly.
Order Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellations possible only before dispatch. Full refund in case of cancellation.
Returns and Refund
- Return only allowed within 7 days of receipt. Discounted/sale products, dupattas, stoles, sarees, fabrics, and accessories not eligible for return.
- Free Reverse pickup available for eligible products.
- Full Refund processed within 3-5 working days after receiving returned merchandise in proper condition.
Exchanges
- Online exchange not available. You may return the product and place a new order.
- Exchange for online product available at any retail outlet within 7 days of delivery. Invoice, barcode, and original packaging required. Not applicable for promotional/discounted items and certain product categories like dupattas, stoles, sarees, fabrics, and accessories.
