Wash & Care
For Cottons & Linens:

For Silk & Blends:
Dry clean only. Use a warm iron. No guarantee for fabric slippage.
Special care for Ikkats and Indigos:
Be aware that colors from Ikkat and Indigo fabrics may transfer to light-colored clothes or Surfaces or on to your Skin. Avoid Wearing Ikkats or Indigos with Light colored bottoms or inners.
All Garments are prewashed and preshrunk. Yet some may bleed color or shrink due to the inherent characteristics of fabrics used. No guarantee for Color Bleeding or Fabric Shrinkage. Avoid using perfumes, deodorants, and exposing to sweat as these contain chemicals that may damage the color.

- Domestic: Delivered within 2–5 working days. Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹1,500. For orders below ₹1,500, a standard shipping fee of ₹150 applies. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have an additional fee of ₹50.
- International: Delivered within 10–14 working days. Free shipping is available on orders above $50. For orders below $50, a standard shipping fee of $20 will be charged.
↩ Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with the invoice, tags, and original packaging.
- Free reverse pickup is available for serviceable locations.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the merchandise is received at our facility, and are issued to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
- Not eligible: Discounted products, Dupattas, Stoles, Sarees & Beyond Usuals products.

- Online exchanges are not available. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
- In-store exchanges are available at any Cotton Cottage outlet within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned with the invoice, tags, and original packaging.

Do you offer Cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer COD on domestic orders. COD orders of Rs 995 and above are free.
Can I make changes to the order after payment?
- Domestic orders
Before order is shipped: We dispatch all our orders within 1-2* days of payment confirmation. In case you wish to cancel your order and we’ve not shipped it yet, we shall refund the full amount to your mode of payment.

Order already shipped: If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may however be able to return the product once it is delivered to you.
- International orders
Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot entertain any cancellation/returns/refunds.
Can I return a product?
- Domestic Orders
If you wish to return an item add your email ID or pin code, and order number on our returns portal here. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
NOTE: Discounted or sale products, as well as stoles, sarees, and all accessories (Beyond Usuals), are not eligible for returns.
Ensure that the merchandise is unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Pack the product securely, including all tags, packaging material, and any other accessories provided at the time of delivery.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a simple and hassle-free reverse pickup policy. Our logistics partners usually pick up the merchandise within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). If certain pin codes are not eligible for reverse pickup, the customer will need to send the item back to us. It takes about 10-14 working days for the merchandise to reach us.
Refunds: If your order was a Cash on Delivery (COD) and you are requesting a refund, do not forget to provide the necessary Order ID along with bank details, like your Name, Bank name and Branch, Account holder name, IFSC code when placing the return request.
Refunds will be processed within 3* working days once we receive the merchandise.
- International Orders
All International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
