If you wish to return an item add your email ID or pin code, and order number on our returns portal here. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
NOTE: Discounted or sale products, as well as stoles, sarees, and all accessories (Beyond Usuals), are not eligible for returns.
Ensure that the merchandise is unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Pack the product securely, including all tags, packaging material, and any other accessories provided at the time of delivery.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a simple and hassle-free reverse pickup policy. Our logistics partners usually pick up the merchandise within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays). If certain pin codes are not eligible for reverse pickup, the customer will need to send the item back to us. It takes about 10-14 working days for the merchandise to reach us.
Refunds: If your order was a Cash on Delivery (COD) and you are requesting a refund, do not forget to provide the necessary Order ID along with bank details, like your Name, Bank name and Branch, Account holder name, IFSC code when placing the return request.
Refunds will be processed within 3* working days once we receive the merchandise.
All International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
